What’s a training plan? In the simplest terms a training plan contains all your learning and development requirements for a specified period.

We will monitor the delivery of the training plan as we organise your learning and development and discuss with you if its not being delivered as you wanted.

We will organise all the learning and development in your training plan with a training provider. 

We accept that all businesses are dynamic and that there may be new opportunities which you could take, or that time and money is not available to complete the training you originally put in your plan.

We will drop you a short report summarising the delivery of the training plan. What worked and what didn’t plus any suggestions.
